Meet Kristoffer Douse

Welcome! I’m Kristoffer, the founder of ProBody and a lifelong advocate for fitness and personal growth. My journey began in Canada, where a passion for basketball led me to study at the prestigious IMG Academy in the USA. After an incredible 10-year career playing professionally across Europe, I chose to retire in Luxembourg and turn my focus toward helping others transform their lives through fitness.

Drawing on years of experience working with top coaches and trainers worldwide, I’ve developed a unique training philosophy that blends athletic, functional, and bodybuilding techniques. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or elevate your everyday performance, my mission is to guide you every step of the way.

  • Originally from Canada, my journey in sports and fitness began with a deep passion for basketball. I pursued this passion by studying at the renowned IMG Academy in the USA, where I honed my skills and discipline on and off the court. My basketball career then took me overseas, playing professionally in Europe for 10 incredible years. After retiring, I chose to settle in Luxembourg, where I channeled my experience and love for fitness into creating my very own gym, ProBody. My goal is to inspire others to lead healthier, more active lives through personalized and dynamic training.

  • My educational journey began at IMG Academy, where I honed my basketball skills and deepened my understanding of health and wellness. From there, I earned a scholarship to the University of Nebraska, renowned for its elite basketball program and world-class strength and conditioning training. Throughout my basketball career, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the best coaches and trainers globally. Their expertise has profoundly shaped my approach to fitness and performance, which I now bring to ProBody every day.

  • I’ve had the honor of being featured in several Luxembourg government campaigns, appearing in ads promoting important initiatives such as health and fitness. My face has been showcased on buses and billboards throughout the country, highlighting my connection to the local community and my commitment to making a positive impact both in and out of the gym.

  • I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, combining athletic training, functional training, and bodybuilding to create a hybrid style of personal training. This method not only helps you achieve visible results in the gym and the mirror but also enhances your performance in everyday life. My approach is intense yet nurturing, pushing you to your limits while providing the support and motivation you need. The ultimate goal is to help you unlock your full potential and become the best version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
